What is Equus Coaching?
Equus coaching is an experiential learning approach with horses that uses Socratic questioning to uncover your authentic nature and leadership style. All equus coaching exercises are done on the ground and no previous horse experience is required.

Our Values
Core Connection was created on a foundation of shared values that have inspired us. We deepen our commitment to these values with each experience with our horses who are our best role models and teachers.
01
Respect
We respect our clients, partners, each other, and the opportunity to work with horses at all times. This means assuming best intent, being open, and investing time to listen and understand. We offer new perspectives and feedback out of respect for one another.
02
TRUST
We trust each other, we trust in our path forward, and we trust in the work. Sometimes insights or ideal direction are not immediately clear, and that is fine. We will have patience, and trust in ourselves to make the right decisions for our clients, our horses, and for our team for the long haul.
03
LEADERSHIP
We all act as owners. We take responsibility for ourselves, and are dedicated to doing what needs to be done to ensure we provide the best experience for our clients, our teams, and the horses.
04
Collaboration
We're in this together, and believe in the power of teamwork and collaboration. Two heads are better than one. This means we are committed to being transparent in all that we do, communicating often and effectively, building strong relationships, and adapting when necessary.
05
COURAGE
We push through our barriers and have the courage to try new things. We aren’t afraid to fail, as long as we are failing fast and learning from our experiences.
